Shift at Midnight is a horror game where you play as a clerk at a gas station convenience store. Very strange things happen here, and no clerk has ever lasted more than one shift on the job. Will you be able to? Your duties include keeping the place clean, stocking the shelves, serving customers, and at the same time accurately identifying them so you don’t fall for the doppelganger trick—there have been way too many of them lately.
Your first shift is about to begin. Head to the break room and read the instructions. Complete all the tasks and start serving customers. Before selling anything, carefully examine their ID card. Verify all the information on the computer and ask a few questions. You must react to their answers and make decisions. If you’re sure you’re dealing with a doppelganger, grab the gun from under the cash register and shoot. And don’t forget to clean up after yourself. After your first shift—if you survive it—things will get even more interesting. You’ll receive traps and explosives that you’ll need to set up before the real chaos begins.
