Grimace Birthday Escape is a horror adventure game in which you will run away from Birthday Grimace. Once you find yourself in a terrifying maze, you can only rely on your own strength. Run through the maze and shoot cocktails at Grimace before he catches up with you. Your task is to find the exit doors from this monstrous place, where every sound makes your blood run cold.
Move through the maze, where every turn seems the same. Remember that a terrifying purple monster may be hiding around every corner. You have a supply of cocktails that will help you stop the Grimace monster. Shoot them and look for new weapons. Within the walls of the maze, you can also find extra lives that will extend your time in the maze when you encounter Grimace. Run faster and look for exit doors to move on to the next levels.
